Silverman Files for Chapter 11 for City Lobster & Steak

Andrew Silverman, the owner of the troubled Steak Frites - which moved out of and back to its Union Square home in the last two years - and the City Crab/Lobster/Steak chain has filed for chapter 11 for his City Lobster & Steak restaurant on 6th and 49th.
