Police Report: Teen shot at birthday party
An 18-year-old man was shot three times Friday night on East Washington Street, Will County police said.

City's leaf pick-up program may fall
The city starts its annual leaf pick-up program Monday. Whether the service continues next year could become a budget issue in coming weeks.
A fire burning between Riverside and Norco has destroyed 260 acres, but is now 60 percent contained.
The fire broke out just before noon on Tuesday, west of Wentworth Drive. Flames were racing toward homes and burned across the Hidden Valley Golf Club course, but with the aid of air attacks, crews were able to stop the advance.
