Ilion Man Charged With Forcable Touching
An Ilion man has been charged with forceable touching and endangering the welfare of a child under the age of 17. Ilion Police say Dale Darrow, 64, of London Towers apartment 314 was arrested and sent to the Herkimer County Jail on $500 bail and will return to Ilion court on July 14.
