Woman, 76, on oxygen, killed in fire caused by cigarette
A deputy coroner says a northwestern Pennsylvania woman on oxygen therapy started the house fire that caused her death by lighting a cigarette.
The call went out about two this afternoon for a house fire with a woman trapped on Thompson Run Road in Hydetown.
