Accident Shuts Down Hal Rogers Parkway

According to the latest I heard the driver of the pick up that caused the accident was apparently drunk.

"State police say 33 year old Lillo Howard of East Bernstadt is being charged with driving under the influence of drugs and driving under the influence on a suspended license."

If he is guilty I hope the courts throw the damn book at him.

this could have been alot worse,i will never understand why people want to drive drunk.

the diver of the pick up was taken to the hospital first to be checked out, then he was taken to the jail and landry was not there. i know i was there for 12 hours. people need to get there facts straight, oh right this is a gossip site

It doesn't matter who took him, just as long as he WENT to jail where he belonged.

i agree noone should ever endanger another person by drivin drunk or high or too fast or whatever.

If he was taken to jail it was Landry he would arrest his own mom if she was High.

They need to stiffen the penalties for driving under the influence... especially when there is an accident. An accident caused by someone who is under the influence should be an attempted murder charge.

I agree with you 100%.It is attempted murder in my book when anyone is stupid enough to drive under the influence of any type of drugs or alcohol.Yes I drink but I sure as hell will not put my life or anyone elses life in danger even if its just a couple of sips.

I would agree with that.

i love justice the real justice.like all the people that make beer and whiskey to get drunk on should be charged with atemp murder.and the ones let them by with it should be put under the jail.the same way with grugs .becouse when beer is made th no its going make you crazy and drunk.and the ones that allow it should be all put in prison for life.

if his mother was driving and she was under the influence of anything, i would hope that he would have the good sense to take her to jail. anyone should. driving while UI is WRONG!!!!!!!!! regardless of whether or not its pot, alcohol, pills, whatever. you are not GOD so you should not put other people's lives in your own hand. simple as it gets. if you wanna stay home and do something then by all means but don't take it on the roads.
