National Drive, March 31 - A 25-year-old Waukee man was charged at Wal-Mart with fifth-degree theft. 1002 S.E. National Drive, March 31 - A 19-year-old Cambridge man was charged at Wal-Mart with fifth-degree theft. 1002 S.E.
