A grand jury sitting in Randolph County handed up 26 indictments Tuesday after two days of deliberation.
Warren Rosencrance, 81, a resident of Huttonsville, passed away Saturday, Feb. 14, 2009, in Davis Memorial Hospital.
More than 1,200 felons are sitting in the state's 10 regional jails waiting to be placed in correctional institutions and Divisions of Correction's projections say the situation is only going to get worse.
