Hurst woman, 84, again found incompetent to stand trial

An 84-year-old Hurst woman is again headed back to a state hospital for the criminally insane after being found incompetent to stand trial on charges that she killed a neighbor in 2003 because she believed the neighbor was trying to steal her boyfriend.
