The Limestone County Health Department reported seven critical violations during an inspection at the Steak-Out in Athens as the restaurant scored a 63. The inspector noted that a cold-hold case was too warm, leaving the food inside eleven degrees above the required temperature to prevent bacterial growth. The inspector reported they were cleaning grill racks in the parking lot without cleaning up the mess.

Florida-based Youfit scouting more Alabama locations as new Huntsville gym nears opening

HUNTSVILLE, Alabama - The state's first Youfit in Huntsville hasn't opened yet, but the Florida fitness company is already scouting for additional locations in Alabama.
