Cross-country walker stops in downtown Huntington

If you saw a young man walking through Huntington Station and Huntington last night with an American flag, it may have been Matthew Perdie, a New York City resident originally from Port Jefferson Station who says he intends to walk across the country in a six- to eight-month trek ending in Santa Monica, Calif.
