Joe Soucheray: A St. Paul neighborhood invaded by guns, drugs and SWAT teams
The SWAT teams and the FBI and the police plugged up the 900 block of Palace Avenue on a Tuesday night in the spring in the city of St. Paul, and then they started coming through Mike Barott's yard.
