HUEYTOWN, Alabama -- Two Birmingham homicide victims, including a man shot to death Tuesday in Ensley, were arrested during a nearly two-year Hueytown Police Department investigation into a drug ring from 2011 until this year, the department announced Wednesday.

A woman found on a Pleasant Grove roadside Tuesday with a Walmart bag over her head has been criminally charged after authorities found she made up the ordeal.
