A POST OFFICE IS A POST OFFICE. WHAT'S SO SPECIAL ABOUT IT? This one, located in a tiny Gratiot County community, is said to be the second smallest in the U.S. WELL, THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT POSTAL SERVICE CUTBACKS ... No, I mean the actual physical post office is practically microscopic -- 9 feet by 16 feet.
