Police arrest Ark. woman suspected of theft

Monroe police arrested an Arkansas woman Monday night suspected of theft. Ashley Martin, 45, of 254 Lorado Loop, Hot Springs, Ark., was arrested on charges of theft of goods.According to an arrest affidavit, Martin was seen taking several items from Dillard's at Pecanland Mall.
