Horton man pleads no contest to arson charges
A Horton, Kansas, man pleaded no contest to nine felony counts in connection with the burning of several homes and cars in that city last May. Dustin McCulley, 27, recently entered pleas of no contest to nine felony counts that included one count of aggravated arson, one count of arson, four counts of arson, one count of theft and two counts of burglary . McCulley previously pleaded not guilty in late August and was set for jury trial to start next week.
