Woman accused of burning down car belonging to tenants she thought were intruders
A Homosassa woman is accused of setting a family's car on fire and striking its owners after she thought the vehicle belonged to an intruder. Shirley Dalzell contacted the Citrus County Sheriff's Office at about 2:20 a.m. on Sunday to report a suspicious vehicle parked on her property in the 5000 block of South Palo Verde Point, according to Dalzell's arrest report.
