Michael Morris - In the Courts I recently attended the trial of Jade Hicks for 2 felony assault counts, one of which alleges with a deadly weapon, to wit: beer stein, held in the US District Court in Albuquerque.

Seems like a new trial is in order. Maybe this next time we can get to the truth of the matter.

Sounds like it should be dismissed or even thrown out, and if that dont happen then a new fair trial should definetly by in order!!
