The way I read it they got 10 yrs w/1 suspended, that leaves 9 to do.

Well if you look in the web site district court records under harmon county you'll know the truth it's 10 with all suspended but one year under doc custody and the other 10 suspended and pay restitution of 60,000 apiece so your mis informed partner.
