WVSP makes warranted arrests

The Logan Banner previously reported that a warranted arrest was made by the West Virginia State Police on April 25 for Krista Anne Cook, 26 of Huntington, for a crime she allegedly committed with two accomplices on March 19. Those accomplices were William Ball Jr., 32, of Holden, and Leonard Charles Hogan, 33, of Naugatuck.
