Pedestrian struck and killed in Hixson Tuesday night

A pedestrian was struck and killed Tuesday night in the 6400 block of Hixson Pike, according to the Chattanooga Police Department.

did every one know he was doin 50 in a 45 and ran a yellow light manslaughter if you ask me sham he is a free man but Mr.Laymon is dead.......

Unfortunately 5 MPH above the speed limit isn't really relevant. If the victim was not in the crosswalk, crossing against the light, drinking, or otherwise incapacitated...a good lawyer won't have to work hard to get probation or nothing at all.
