i am the grand aunt of the 2 young children in the accident, their mom was drunk and and the 4 year old is now paralized from the nipples down. his poor spine was ripped in half. his dad is so distraut he hasnt left his side for 4 days. as usual heather the mother will get a slap on the wrist by the court sysyem as she did before this is not the first drunk driving offense. the family is trying to pull together for the father and his sons to get the wheel chair and ramps which we wouldnt need to do if she had only used his car seat and was sober. how is this father going to tell a 4 year old who waqs running 4 days ago that he will never walk again. i only wish the court severly punishes her this time.
