Injured legislator says he will make opening session Monday

He was in the hospital Friday, but he will be in the Capitol, Monday. State Representative-elect Bob Ballinger of Hindsville, was in a rollover wreck Thursday and spent the night in the hospital, but is this weekend recuperating at home.
