I had to pay for a new lateral sewer line, that failed under the road, that traditionally the city takes on as the responsible party.

On top of that, I could not do the simple job MYSELF, which would've cost me only 1k.

I was forced to hire out and it cost me 16k.

The city of Belmont has you between their illegal lateral line TAX INCREASES, and their Marxist position of forcing the owner to PAY for outsiders to do a job.

What a bunch of Marxists.

I'd say the above is far more serious that some lazy owner that can't figure out how to plant a tree, lay a driveway, or pour cement.
