Tappan Zee project continues, and all input welcome

Re 'TZ/I-287 Project portends big changes across Rockland,' a Sept. 3 Community View by urban planner Richard May, who questioned aspects of the project plans: May stated that the extensive studies for the project 'are now complete.' To the contrary, the study phase is far from complete.
