<![CDATA[The Livingston Arts Council will hold an all-day spring plein air, or open air, painting event May 5. Check-in will begin at 9 a.m. at The Opera House, 123 W. Grand River Ave. in Howell. Artists will paint using any medium of their choosing at an outdoor location in the community. A Livingston County map will be provided. Artists will will be allowed painting time through 3 p.m. Completed artwork will be framed and displayed in The Opera House gallery for public exhibit for several days.
