High Falls Hosts Fiddlers' Convention
The 78th Annual Highfalls Old-ime Fiddlers' Convention will be held at North Moore High School Auditorium Saturday, March 9. The auditorium is located on North Moore Road between High Falls and Robbins.
Sheriff's Office Arrests One for Larceny
Moore County Sheriff's investigators today arrested Misty Dawn Kidd, 29, of Highfalls and charged her with three counts of felony breaking and entering to a motor vehicle, four counts of misdemeanor larceny and four counts of possession of stolen property.
One Killed in High Falls Wreck
One person was killed and two others injured after a pickup truck collided with a Moore County school bus near Highfalls Elementary School Thursday afternoon.
