Election fraud is ongoing problem
In the mix of all the other major news last week was a little item that might have been missed concerning a very important subject - voter fraud.
Recent Hickory Flat DiscussionsTwo people have been convicted, three others have pleaded guilty and about a dozen defendants are awaiting trial in a vote-buying scheme in Benton County.
A seven-day trial ended Monday with a guilty verdict in two Benton County voter fraud cases, Attorney General Jim Hood said.
