Transportation officials in Kentucky have closed the Dorena-Hickman Ferry is closed due to high winds.

Kentucky state transportation officials say the Dorena-Hickman Ferry is expected to open on Friday morning, Oct. 25. It closed Thursday morning, October 24. The Dorena-Hickman Ferry connects KY 1354 at Hickman, Kentucky, with Missouri Route A and Route 77 near Dorena, Missouri.
