Mother pleads guilty in death of 2-year-old Darisabel Baez

Hey 'Babe'....Hi Ho, Hi Ho, it's off to jail we go.....
And, Hey Neida, I hope you rot in jail......you can get 5 to 10 years...I hope to hell the judge gives you the 10 years....Darisabel would have been about 13 when you get out....
You got off easy, Babe...BUT....they'll be waiting for you there in prison...oh yeah, they just LOVE baby-killers...
Lots a luck, a$$hole.......and the punishment you get here is NOTHING compared to what is waiting for you whenever you leave this earth.....

my opinion is if she witnessed this she shoul not have been given the plea. she should get the max.
This innocent child suffered because of ignorance. Also they should take and make sure she can't concieve children no more. With 10 years shewill be out in about 4-6 yrs thanks to parole.

She may not get paroled, PA has a backlog with parole; it's been going on for a while. I also agree she should not get 10 years, max her out. The child did not deserve what she received, can a two year old be that bad? I guess when you're 19 with a 25 year old you are "in love" and will do anything to "please" him. Both of the "adults" are scum... I'll be happy to pay taxes to keep them locked up.

This didn't happen due to ignorance. Ignorance is lack of knowledge or awareness. I'm sure she knew what that piece of crap was doing to her child and chose not to intervene. For this reason she should get the max. Both of these scum bags need to be killed. Do unto others as they do to you.

She should stay in jail and the boyfriend the rest of their lives.That goes for all mothers and boyfriends that abuse and kill these innocent children.The law needs to get real tough on these nuts.Social workers are useless.

Let me just begin by saying that no one would ever put their hands on my child before getting through me first. and if they got to my child that was because they killed me. this just sends my blood pressure through the roof and if i ever saw this scum bag on the streets i would walk directly up to her and spit in her face. she is a coward and a murderer just as much as her boyfriend. jail is way to easy. they both deserve to be tortured just like they did to that precious little girl. sick piles of shit!

My words exactly she better move far far away where no one knows who she is.

Sooo she sits around and ignores the sight and sound of her own baby girl getting beaten (that sound not bothering her astonishes me)then NOW when she decides to open her mouth she gets rewarded??She needs to feel the pain that that poor little girl went through...I hope to God she never gets blessed with another precious child because we all see her outlook on the value of life and its about as good as the love she had for her daughter...0!!This piece of trash doesnt even deserve the title of "Mother".

Exactly. Now that it's going to save her pathetic butt, she's all over that plea and willing to testify, but we have to remember that she let it happen for whatever twisted reason or need she had. I'm all for prison -- AND for mandatory sterilization so that no other child ever dies at her hands.

I think the judge should have denied this plea agreement because they have all the evidence that will ever be needed! Unless she knows something else we are not being told?

I agree with what everyone else said! That poor child didn't deserve to die ! May you never see the outside of your cage you will be in because I believe there are many on the outside who will be waiting for you if you do! and it wont be pleasant!
