Man faces up to 30 years for swindling Isabella County residents
A 49-year-old Osceola County man is facing 30 years in prison after being convicted in Isabella County of swindling several people out of farm and other equipment.
"The damage was indicant of some cyclanic activity which the National Weather Service did determine last night was that of a tornado," says Mark Watkins, the Osceola County Emergency Management Director.
