the cops is doing their job but the dam judge let them off so they can kill some one. would like to take the judge over to mohawk cemertary and show him my two nephews.

hello... it's not the cops, judges, or lawyers people... it's the DA's office they have the final say and all the power... become informed & you'll learn a few things you didn't know before.

It was the judge in this case! He was arraigned in front of a judge and the judge released him. The DA's office does not get involved until they receive the case for prosecution.
