The property was worth $75,000 when it was simply given away by the town in 1996, instead of keeping it, and letting groups use it. The historic building has been allowed to fall down and now has to be torn down. For many years in the past, the town government was led by people who didnt have the courage to do what was right. Good for those people now who are trying to correct things.
