Boy Scout Troop 319 replaces flags at Hemet's Gibbel Park

From left to right, Sale Faleono, Scoutmaster Norman Faleono, Zack Vollen and Alex Nashon display the new flags for placement in Gibbel Park in Hemet Saturday, Nov. 17 Scoutmaster Norman Faleono and Scouts Zack Vollen, Alex Nashon and Sale Faleono participated alongside other local volunteers in taking down and retiring all 1776 United States flags displayed in Gibbel Park in Hemet. The flags had been placed there to honor veterans, and many of them had yellow ribbons attached with the names of local service members who lost their lives in the course of their service.
