Great Falls saw a total of 15.7 inches of snow as of Saturday afternoon in a snarling snowstorm that buried much of northcentral Montana this week.
One killed in crash near Heart Butte
One person is dead and another in a Great Falls hospital after a pickup truck rolled near mile marker 5 on Heart Butte Road, also called BIA Route 1, in Glacier County on Thursday at 2:29 p.m. The pickup was southbound driving toward Heart Butte when it tried to negotiate a left-hand curve, Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Curt Miller said.

Browning man dies in rollover crash
The Montana Highway Patrol says a single-vehicle rollover crash near Heart Butte killed a 33-year-old Browning man and critically injured a 1-year-old boy.
The strong winds will stick around for a while, but the temperatures will continue their climb as a result.
