BART police arrest man for punching woman, book him into jail on rape charge
A 31-year-old Elk Grove man suspected of punching a woman Wednesday morning at the BART station in Hayward was detained by police, and following an investigation, arrested on suspicion of rape. William Lusk Jr. was arrested and booked into Santa Rita jail on suspicion of rape, lewd acts, grand theft, battery, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and a parole violation, according to BART officials.
