A citizen posted a comment today on an article regarding John Pogorelec, attorney in Passaic. The original post was entitled "Can you trust him?"
It detailed some serious questions concerning a will supposedly drafted up by an 85 year old man a few months before his death, funneling a half a million dollars to certain parties. It went against everything the decedent indicated he was going to do with his estate.
So this second poster replied and stated that his family was "restructured" so that 2 million dollars were channeled a certain way, and that numerous documents were forged, and that the surrogates office was "strong armed" by Pogorelec so that the forged papers could be put through.
When contacting the surrogates office ion my case. I couldn't understand why they would'nt help.....now maybe I understand.
City data thinks their slick by removing these 2 posts regarding this questionable attorney. If the FBI contacts them (City Data_ and tells them to let them read the post....I bet they comply!
The four signatures (of the decedent) on the will (totaling 4 pages) I have are phony signatures. I know it. It's obvious. What Pogorelec didn't count on is that it will be forwarded to the FBI for their review. You think they don't have experts on their payroll that can tell a forged signature Pogorelec? Maybe your not as smart as you thought you were.
The problem for you is, now two people have your number....anyone else out there with a Pogorelec experience?
