Gang injunction splits Hawaiian Gardens

Haha have fun with the injunction on you big tough gangsters. LA injunctions have been kicking ass. Its about time we got one., Have fun losers.

At the july 21st town hall meeting one group did hiss and heckle the sheriff's deputies and I not an other group. I, ME, MYSELF told them to SHUT UP. In fact I yelled at them to shut up. I was trying to listen and they had no respect for anyone. They were violating my civil rights in regards to be able to listen to officials. They definetly did not win anyone over. They just proved how they are unable to function in american society. They want us to care about them but they do not care about us. They don't care if there music from their parties keep me up. They don't care if I cannot get down the street in my car because they are blocking the road talking to their homies. They don't care if their illegal fireworks scare my pets or land on my property. They don't care if their graffitti writing kids deface others property. Yet they want me to care about the negative impact a gang injunction has apon the INNOCENT.

That's right VHG homies, one of the baddest gangs around is coming after you - the Sheriff's Department - and they're kicking your weak asses and always will because they've got guns, numbers, and the law on their side. You can't even hang with your scumbag buddies any more or the Sheriff will kick your asses.

I've been living there all my life. I have never been into gangs or any type of things that relate to that. But yet for some reason i have the cops racially profile me because i have a bold head. They always seem to pull me over for no reason. Im a father of two and still they harass me for no reason. Personally i think we should just get rid of the sheriff right there and try to reinstate the police department that we used to have. I honestly hate the cops event though im a soldier of the us army. They should stop being to racist. Sometimes they pass around the neighborhood with the bad boys song over there microphone. I think thats really wrong for them to do that. But what can i say? if i say anything they will search my car and have me on the sidewalk until they are done. thats all i have to say

2) How can you be racially profiled when the area is predominantly hispanic? If you were the only hispanic guy being pulled out of a crowd multiracial people, then that would be racial profiling.

3) The gangs have ruined your city. You can either take control back with the help of the PD or let the gangs run rampant.

4) Grow your hair out and move.

I dont care if its the police or sheriff they all think a like. you can be came a gang member all it take is for a police or sheriff say that you are and even if your not it becomes fact.

These Gang Injunctions just make more gang members. I seen it happened before, with the Wilmington gang injunction. Instead of the gang members terrorizing, the Police department end up terrorizing the streets, and causing a public nuisance. Everyday hard working people end up being harassed just for simply being hispanic, we aren't able to enjoy our birthday parties with out Officer "Krabbs" or his little troll army harassing the whole family threatening to rush the house with guns if everyone doesn't come out!, all while celebrating a party of a 4 yr old girl. They start to categorize young children as gang members at an early age and eventually the police themselves make the kid join the gang by serving him with injunction papers. Now a instead of showing him the right way, they accuse him of being a member of the gang, and put his life at risk by passing out papers with his picture in it, as him being part of the gang. Now rival gangs get these papers as well, which with no choice thanks to the police the kid is a marked gang member!. Now these kids have no choice but to really join the gang, since they are already marked as gang members by cops, and rivals by other gangs. When they do go to the police station with their parents the police department (harbor) tells them lies, like you will need to get a very expensive attorney or you need to pay fees, even there is no way out. WIth out the kids having any Tattoos they are serving them with Gang Injunction papers. They just drive around and assume they belong to gangs and "whaaam" serve them too. I know about 9-11 kids with this same situation, many of them their older brothers belong to gangs, but they have warned other gang members about their little brother joining, and have told their fellow gang members that their little brother isn't going to take the same route they did. In the end the Police end up putting the kid in the gang by serving him with these papers. That is the reason everyone runs from them now days, not because they have something to hide, but because they don't want to get served for gang injunction and end up having to join the gang. So you tell me, who is more of a public nuisance? Everyday working citizens cant enjoy a family party with out the police driving by and checking to see who they recognize. They are terrorizing the hispanic community!, Now we feel safer seeing a gang member walk/drive by rather than the police. We know the gang members mean no harm to those that live in their neighborhood, but the police just wants to mess up your parties or get together. These injunction violate or 2nd amendment right to free assembly (for those of us that doing belong to gangs) We can no longer hang out in our front yard and enjoy our saturday, because Officer Krabbs might just drive by and assume we are all gang members and serve us. We work hard, most of us even 12 hrs+ at the refinery, we want to enjoy our days off with out the police rushing us!.

Its gotten so bad that I've witnessed the police local business owners harass local business owners simply because they "looked" hispanic. I seen the owner of a smoke shop on anaheim get harassed by officers because he was standing in front of his shop getting fresh air, when he told the cops that was his business they simply told him to shut up, roughed him up and released him. They cant be doing stuff like that. I gotten badly disrespected in front of my kids during traffic stops simply for being hispanic. Now when my kids see a cop they hide, when a cop gets behind us they get so scared telling me "dad, are they behind us (almost crying) they are going to be mean to you and tell you to get out of the car". Not because of anything I've told them, but because of how they see the police treat their dad when they pull him over! They show you no respect in front of your kids or anyone else. Some one needs to regulate these corrupt cops. There is no one doing that out there!. When we go and complain to the harbor station we usually get shut down by their superiors!!!!!

2) when there is a gang injunction there is no one in the streets and every hispanic they see they rush him and serve him with injunction papers which means they aren't allowed to be seen in the community they live in. The injunction is against a Hispanic gang. so they harass all hispanics.

4.) grow you hair? This man belongs to the U.S Army how many soldiers are allowed to have long hair? its either buzzed or really short! as for moving out, no everyone has the money you people have. so for many of us moving out is not a choice!!

Here is a guy proving my point. He doesn't live like we do, or see what we see. He is just going by he said she said. He believes everything the police tell him, "They need proof?" talking out of your ass i know about 11 kids that didn't belong to gangs that got served with gang injunction, WITH NO TATTOOS!. so don't believe what you hear people that don't go thru it tell you!.
