Awesome! An entire freezer just for storing chile.

Thank you, farmers. Can't wait until I start smelling the delicious aroma of roasting chiles.

We sure miss New Mexico's famous Hatch Green Chile over here in California. Aneheim chile doesn't even come close. I can smell them roasting now.....Oh the smellow Memories!

Hey, just for reference...we had our first freeze just a couple of nights ago. Only today did I harvest the rest of my garden chiles out of fear they would freeze - November 1! The growing season here is long, and with the use of greenhouses or similar crop covers can be extended year-round.
