Hastings postpones Halloween events due to forecast

This weekend's stormy forecast has prompted some events in our area to be canceled, including: • Hastings on Hudson: The Halloween window painting contest scheduled for Saturday and the Halloween celebration, including parade, scheduled for Sunday, have been postponed to the weekend of October 24-25 at the same times. Sign-ups ...
