He should be charged with more than that. He went onto someone's property and shot and killed an animal. Shouldn't there be some kind of animal cruelty charges or something? I know it was a deer, but it was a deer that was penned up. Why in the hell would he do something so dumb in the first place?

Is this boy and his family starving that he had to go and shoot a penned up deer? Come on get real! Ignorant is what I think he is and charge him to the fullest! People think they can do whatever they want anymore!

We have a friend who raises deer; his bucks have monstrous racks on them because he feeds them so well. I don't know whether this deer was penned up because he was in a deer farm or just a pet, but that could be why that guy shot the deer.

Just goes to show not everyone should be allowed to own a gun.

I am soooo glad he's not my son. I'd be so ashamed.

There is no excuse for that. He wasn't hungry, just bloodthirsty, and saw an easy way to kill.

How anyone can look into the eyes of a deer, and kill it is heartless to begin with.

Whatever they do to him won't be bad enough. Nothing will bring back the life of that deer.

I love deer too. And they have less cholesterol than beef.

Check the article, he used a bow.

I didn't notice SBE saying anything about When the deer had large racks, or When they saw the deer.

just like I have said all along. There are deer in Pennsylavania; you just have to apply yourself and get off your lazy *** and go find them...

Judging by your lack of reading comprehension skills, you wouldn't understand an explanation of what SBE was saying ...
