The Lyon County Sheriffs Office said the accident occurred shortly after 4:30 Tuesday afternoon, in the 2900 block of Highway 9. 60-year old Richard Harris of Hartley was driving a 2005 Ford F-150, and was stopped, due to construction going on, when 65-year old Robert Blankenspoor of George approached from behind.
