Brownsville organization opens center for immigrants in Harlingen
A Brownsville-based organization that shelters undocumented immigrant children will open a 'processing center' in Harlingen amid a surge of Central American immigrants that has filled immigrant shelters in the Rio GrandeValley, reports Friday said.
