Less places to investigate when salmonella, e-coli, trichinosis, ptomaine, mad-cow, hoof-and-mouth, malaria, or dengue fever break-out from our food supply. Seriously though, I haven't had Leidy's sausages. What kinds to they make? Up to now, I've limited myself to Boars Head, and sausages from some local butchers like Hartman's in New Tripoli. Best grillin' sausages anywhere -- lots of coriander!

Next thing you know, these big processors will be outsourcing our meets to China or India.

I eat to live , not live to eat. Sausage and Kilbosi might taste good but it's with me for four days. Preservatives are in everything and most are not good for you.
