Hardy needs to provide water to those in the park After all the people who have paid their dues, as stated in the contract when they bought into the place, are owed that much! I think the former manager, Clifford, needs to do some serious jail time for what he did to those residents. They paid him their money, but he CHOSE not to pay the bill to Hardy. I believe that a lawyer from out of Little Rock is going to be involved for a few of the PO's. They are going for a civil suit against all involved because they are not getting what they pay for, and the ones that havent paid the dues, should have a lien put on their lot, and fined. I think Hardy should give them water. They paid for it to that Clifford, and HE didnt pay the bill. The people with reciepts that they paid, should get what they paid for, then Hardy Police should get Clifford for theft!
