* Two tires were slashed on a vehicle on the 100 block of Neal Avenue between 1 and 7 a.m. Friday. * A street sign was stolen from Mount Vernon Road between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. * Windows were smashed out of a vehicle on the 900 block of King Road between 1:15 and 1:30 a.m. Sunday. * A purse, a brief case, keys and $15 were stolen from a vehicle on the 900 block of Glyn Evans Court between 10:30 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30 a.m. Thursday. * An apartment appeared to be intentionally flooded on the 1,200 block of Executive Drive at 11:53 p.m. Friday. A unit below was damaged as a result. * A $100 sign was stolen from a yard on the 900 block of West Main Street between 9 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday. * A $1,000 golf cart was stolen from a parking lot on the 100 block of North 33rd Street between 10 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday. * A $220 weed trimmer was stolen from a vehicle on the first block of East Main Street between 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. Friday. * A woman was thrown to the ground on the 500 block of East Main Street between 5:30 and 6:08 p.m. Sunday. * Two blank checks were stolen from a vehicle on the 18,500 block of Johnson Road, Heath, and forged for a combined $9,500 between June 13 and June 16. * A home on the 200 block of Meadow Drive, Hanover, was shot with a paintball on June 15. * A natural gas line was illegally tapped on the 3,100 block of East High Street, Newark, before June 17. * A credit card was created and used for purchases totaling $1,383 without the account holder's knowledge between June 1 and June 17. * A .38-caliber handgun was found on the 2,800 block of Loper Road, Newark, at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday. * An $800 diamond ring was stolen from a home on the 10,200 block of Stradley Road, St. Louisville, between April 5 and April 20. * Personal information was used to create a telecommunications account and $907 was charged between Dec. 31 and 2:24 p.m. Thursday. * A 2000 Oldsmobile Alero was stolen from a driveway on the 6,200 block of Licking Valley Road, Newark, between 2 and 9 a.m. Friday. The vehicle was later involved in a traffic crash on Ohio 16 Friday morning. * A laptop was stolen from a hotel on the 10,600 block of Lancaster Road, Hebron, between 10:44 and 11:22 a.m. Friday. * A $5,500 tractor was stolen from a yard on the 14,900 block of Hofacker Hill Road, Newark, between 8 p.m. Thursday and noon Saturday. * A man assaulted his family on the 9,500 block of Refugee Road, Pataskala, between 3:17 and 3:19 p.m. Saturday.
