Jury finds Hilario guilty of gun, drug charges
On Thursday, Vicente Kote Kapika Hilario, 26, of Anahola was found guilty after a jury trial of two Counts of Place to Keep Pistol or Revolver, two counts of Carrying or Possessing a Loaded Firearm on a Public Highway, Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Second Degree, and Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree.
A 72-year-old woman who was missing since setting off for a weekend Kauai hike was found Monday alive and in good condition, authorities said.
Search for missing Kauai hiker to resume Monday
The search for Pamela Wilcox Dohrman, 72, of Hanalei, has turned up no sign of the missing hiker and will resume on Monday morning, according to Kauai County officials.
