Orangeburg Co. town named a AAA 'traffic safe community'

Mount Pleasant , Hanahan and Elloree are the three South Carolina communities named grand winners of the 2009 Traffic Safe Community of the Year Thursday by AAA Carolinas' Foundation for Traffic Safety.
