Man Pleads Guilty to Plotting to Blow Up Navy Brig

Charleston, SC - A South Carolina man accused of threatening to kill President George W. Bush has pleaded guilty to plotting to use biological weapons to attack other government officials and destroy the Navy brig near Charleston.
