Don't live anywhere near there.
If I did, like those that do, I'd likely be filled with the same dread as they seem to be.
Just got back from Savannah Ga. From what I observed there, they wouldn't denigrate residential quality of life even for increased tax revenue.
But, we ain't in Savannah, Goober.
