Floss Blackburn works a horse she recently accepted through an owner surrender. She doesn't accept many horses any longer - she has 60 - but accepted this horse because "he's marketable," meaning he's in good shape, he'll bring a good adoption fee to her Denaki Animal Sanctuary and probably will go quickly.
